Ibiza Global Festival: Returning with a Bigger Bang for the Second Edition

The anticipation is building as Ibiza Global Festival gears up for an even more spectacular comeback this summer. Following the resounding success of its debut in 2022, the Ibiza Global team is diligently working behind the scenes to deliver another electrifying two-day electronic music extravaganza in Ibiza this August.

But that’s not all! Always pushing the boundaries, the festival is expanding its horizons in 2023, with additional dates in Spain and Italy to spread the Ibiza vibe beyond the Balearic Islands.

Setting the Stage

After the triumph of its inaugural edition in August 2022, the environmentally conscious festival is gearing up to grace the shores of S’Arenal de San Antonio once again, with full backing from the local authorities. Just like last year, the event will remain admission-free, presenting a diverse lineup of international headliners, local talents, and Ibiza Global’s resident DJs on a massive stage overlooking the beach and the azure waters of the Balearic Sea.

Mark your calendars for the weekend of August 11th and 12th, 2023, from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM each day. The central message of this free event will revolve around promoting an eco-conscious lifestyle, with the support of prominent DJs and artists from the global electronic music scene.

Tickets and More

Building on the triumph of last year’s debut edition, headlined by Luciano and Nick Fanciulli, expectations are soaring for the festival’s return. CEO of Ibiza Global Radio, Daniele Luppino, asserts, “Last year, we embarked on the challenge of bringing a two-day electronic music festival to Ibiza for the first time, and we were incredibly proud of how well it was embraced by the island. With 15,000 electronic music enthusiasts dancing on San Antonio’s largest beach each day, we set the bar high for this season – and I am confident that we can not only meet but exceed expectations once again.”

Commitment to the Environment

With the entire Ibiza Global family deeply committed to environmental conservation, a range of eco-friendly measures will be put in place for the event. These include the use of recyclable cups and biodegradable ashtrays, with more initiatives in the pipeline. Furthermore, volunteers from Amistat Island Hostels will be on hand to keep S’Arenal beach clean throughout the festival.

New Eco-Friendly Partnerships

In an exciting partnership for 2023, eco-friendly brand Soul Water will keep festivalgoers hydrated with their naturally sourced mineral water, packaged in distinctive and infinitely recyclable cans. Additionally, O Beach Ibiza, the festival’s primary partner and hospitality expert, will oversee the bars on-site. An array of vendors in a dedicated street food area will offer delectable treats to keep the crowd energized during the 14-hour dance marathon.

Anticipate the Unveiling

While this year’s lineup remains a closely guarded secret, expect a tantalizing mix of artists spanning house, deep house, tech house, techno genres, and a range of captivating live music performances. The festival is delighted to welcome back MDLBEAST Records, last year’s sponsor, which champions culture, creative expression, and electronic music in the Middle East, bringing Saudi Arabia’s emerging talents to the White Isle.

Sensational Sound and Accessibility

Technical partners Sonitec and Funktion-One will collaborate to provide powerful and crystal-clear sound on the shores of S’Arenal beach. For those unable to attend in person, Ibiza Global’s various platforms, including 100.8 FM on Ibiza and Formentera, Ibiza Global TV, the official Ibiza Global Radio app, as well as Facebook and Instagram Live, will ensure you don’t miss a beat.

Beyond the Horizon

And the excitement doesn’t stop there! After its 2023 launch on the White Isle, the Ibiza Global Festival will embark on a journey to mainland Spain, with confirmed dates in Barcelona and Madrid in September, and a date in Milan, Italy, in November.
