Hells Angels Ibiza

Dramatic Arrest of a Member of the Hells Angels Ibiza

In a gripping turn of events, the Guardia Civil of Ibiza has successfully apprehended a member of the notorious Hells Angels Ibiza motorcycle club. This individual, identified as A.S, a 37-year-old German national, had been a fugitive from German justice for his alleged involvement in drug trafficking. The arrest was made two days ago, and he has since been placed in provisional detention following a court appearance in Ibiza.

European Warrant Leads to Capture

The unfolding of this arrest can be traced back to a European Arrest Warrant (EAW) issued by German authorities. A.S was under the radar of both German law enforcement and the justice system for his alleged participation in drug operations, particularly the trafficking of cocaine, methamphetamine, and hashish. The gravity of these charges could result in prison sentences of up to 15 years.

Fugitive on the Island

The Guardia Civil’s investigation began when they received intelligence regarding the presence of a German citizen in Ibiza who was a subject of interest in his home country. Specifically, he was identified as a member of the infamous Hells Angels motorcycle club.

Further inquiries revealed that the suspect had been on the island since September 2022. With this information at hand, the Guardia Civil initiated surveillance of the Hells Angels member and subsequently apprehended him late in the afternoon two days ago. The arrest took place inside a restaurant located in the Marina de Vila.

Coordinated Effort

This operation was meticulously planned and executed by the Information Group of the Guardia Civil in the Balearic Islands. It was conducted under the directive of the Central Examining Court Number 2 of the National Court in Madrid, as stated by the law enforcement agency. The successful outcome of this operation was achieved through collaboration with German law enforcement authorities, highlighting the international nature of the pursuit of justice.

The arrest of A.S marks a significant victory for both Spanish and German authorities in their joint efforts to combat organized crime and drug trafficking. It serves as a powerful reminder that justice knows no borders, and fugitives cannot evade the long arm of the law.
