The drama continued beyond Ibiza. In the waters of Cabrera, two boats carried 29 individuals from Maghreb. Their arrival, under the shroud of night, happened at 00:12 am and 05:45 am, respectively. These individuals, like their counterparts in Ibiza, were found to be in good health. Civil Guard and Maritime Salvage worked tirelessly to ensure their safety.

As morning light bathed the waters around Cabrera, another boat, the fifth of the day, was detected. A total of 17 individuals of Maghrebi origin were aboard this patera, and their journey ended with their rescue north of Cabrera.
